Chocolate Hazelnut Muffins

A good friend of mine asked me for a muffin recipe.
  I would recommend this one to her.  Hopefully she'll find it as good as I do.  We'll see.

Chocolate Hazelnut Muffins

Ingredients                         - 125 g Margarine

- 150 g Sugar

- 2 Eggs

- 150 g All Purpose Flour

- 2 tsp. Baking Powder

- ca. 100 ml Milk

- 100 g ground Hazelnut

- 50 g grated dark Chocolate

- Topping:  Powdered sugar or melted chocolate


Stir the margarine, adding the sugar, vanille sugar and eggs.

Combine the backing powder wit the flour.  Add the hazelnut to the flour mixture.  Now pour a little of the flour mixture into the margarine mix and then some of the milk.  Alternate several times until everything has been combined.

Now add the chocolate to the mixture.

Pour the muffin dough into the muffins forms and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
